Scope Of Services

Gordon seeks to provide a holistic approach to medical care investments and ownership where his services are carried in four phases as follows:

Phase I: Project Analysis and Review (Plan) and development or review of the business plan.

  • This phase covers advisory during the pre-construction period and is where the concept and design is developed based on the business case, expert’s knowledge and various case studies developed.

Phase II: Development services.

  • This phase involves a detailed review of design aspects that are necessary to ensure flow and functionality. This involves design and construction review necessary to establish an efficient, high quality and cost-effective facility.

Phase III: Pre-Opening Management

  • This phase is typically the six (6) month period prior to the official opening of the property.
  • It involves selection, ordering and set-up of equipment, execution of service contracts, marketing, staffing, training, and establishment of operating guidelines.

Phase IV: Asset Management

  • This phase provides ownership with active oversight of existing hospital property and is when the operator is identified and commissioned.
  • It includes reviewing existing operations, financial performance, developing strategic branding and positioning plan for the asset, recommending improvements, and developing an exit strategy.
